This was one of the first places I went to after moving to the area, and I’ve returned many times to enjoy the gorgeous riverfront view and cozy relaxing atmosphere. The owner always gives “welcome!” energy, and the place seems to be popular with cyclists and pedestrians looking for a good place for food or drink in a primarily residential neighborhood.On today’s visit, I had Iced Mocha and Strawberry Almond French Toast (pictured). And, yes - it does taste as good as it looks.

River front, clean, small and cozy the place is about good vibes and happy smiles. Very good customer service, average menu don’t need a big one the food is very well presented and really good!!!! I highly recommend thus place

Super cute & quite hidden gem off the river! The staff was super friendly, when we arrived they informed us right away that their delivery order was incorrect so it might be a few minutes until they could offer everything on the menu, the staff promptly brought us beverages of choice!! I got the veggie omelette it was delicious with fresh veggies and I had a side of bacon, super crispy and yummy!

Really enjoyed our breakfast here. The grilled cheese was cooked perfectly with tons of cheddar flavor, the French toast came with (I believe) real maple syrup and some of the best banana I've ever had, and the fried green tomatoes were just bursting with flavor. Waitress was kind and prices were fair (the portions aren't huge but that isn't want you want for breakfast at a cafe, they were perfect!). The river view from the outdoor was extremely pleasant, a great vibe.

My boyfriend and I were visiting family from out of town and noticed that Whistle Stop Cafe had great reviews. After eating here we could see why! Their service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Best Monte Cristo and Bagel sandwich we have ever had!! Definitely visit Whistle Stop Cafe if you’re looking for great atmosphere, service and of course, food!

When we walked in, we were greeted by the owner. She was so kind and accommodating. We enjoyed everything we had. The breakfast croissant sandwich and oatmeal were both delicious. The view from the front patio was beautiful. Definitely a must stop place to visit.

We met some friends here while vacationing in the area and we returned the next day we enjoyed it so much! They food was fabulous and all the reviews speak for themselves! The staff and owner were an absolute delight to chat with, we never felt rushed or hurried during our visit. Well done folks!

So yum!!! the owner makes her own espresso and filters the water 3 times! So fresh and delicious and not too sweet. Just right! The food was perfect and no complaints. The wait wasn't too long given it was just the owner and one employee, they gave us the best service! They also had fun games to play while we waited! and the view of the river was a nice touch.
